Issue Overveiw
What an issue, we learn alot about the past in this issue. As
far as the actual storyline this issue is great. I love exticntioners,
I adore this issue as well, but it is my least favorate of the bunch.
The inking is sub-par, there are some miatakes made by the printer, and
the art seems to be a litte. . .off sometimes. It's not all that
big a deal after all, I know at this point Shnda fantasy arts was testing
the water with a new printer, plus we see Shawtae was working with a new
innker, and the cchemestry between an penciler and inker takes a while
to smooth out.
Page Four Frame Four
This Frame demonstrates one of the printer's mistakes, not only are
all the frames to small on the page, look closely at Red here. You
can see the fram has been compressed verticly to fit easyer on the page.
Page Five Frame Seven
Is she flipping us off? I don't think Tamar intended this, but
it looks like Phenix is giveing us the bird, (Pun intended)
Page Six Frame Four
First time we See Twister, look at how tall she is comapred to the
Six-foot tall Phenix. I havn't seen the mosed for Twister, but she
must be a hole lotta woman.
Page Seven Frames One and Five
First time we see Psychokitty. :) I adore how Sara Palmer inker
her long curly hair, nobody else does Cat's hair quite like that.
Page Eight Frame Three
". . .The Deepest Pits of Kenal" the word "Kenal" Seems to be used
quite often in place of "Hell". I guess for a dog, a kenal would
be a form of Hell. :) You'll see quite a few replacement profanity
in this comic, "Mount off", "Get stuffed," I'll point them out when I get
to them.
Page Ten Frame Four
Is Artica's Ice strong enough to trap Scarlet? Scarlet later
breaks loose from an ice block smaller than this. And how long can she
hold her breath in that block?
Page Fifteen Frame One
Also In this frame Kaytherine calles her Brother "Travis" her brother
is Tarrens, Travis is Scarlet Older Brother who was Murdered by Felins.
I don't Know weather or this is intentonal, but Travis apears to be playing a Sega Dreamcast, and this issue was the September 99 issue. The Sega dreamcast was relesed on 9.9.99
Page Sixteen Frame Four
Humans sure know how to waste space, only two restraints in one huge
cell. This is an old art trick, the huge room makes Scarlet and Kat
look small, alone, it's suposed to make the reader feel what they feel.
Page Seventeen Frame One
"Desighn Micro" would that say that their's more Mice like Micro?
I heard tamar mention in passing a female mouse that might show up.
Of cores this is just thing is pending.
Page Seventeen Frame Two
Scarlet's responce to "Make me one promise", "Nothing Freaky" Scarlet.
. .what are you thinking?
Page Twenty Frames Four and Five
It seems as if there was a few frames were skiped on this page, I'd
bet that Tamar had some things planed that got razored here. In frame
five there seems to be a text box that was never filled. One takes
these risks when they work without an editor.
Page Twenty-One Banner
Look closely at Pandora in the background, This page seems to be streched
again. Another printer mistake I bleive, or purhaps this banner was
in as an afterthought.

Apearently this Mandrod Wasn't warned about the Hybrid-D or "Bio Weapons"
As their called. Purhpas an oversight on behalf of the real Mahn,
nonetheless it's overlooked here, it's suposed to be a surprise later.
Page Twenty-Six Frame Three
I'm wondering why B'jer leaves the room durring the Mindswipe, is the
telepathy directed or is it just everyone in the room? Also I wonder
what material the humans use to block telepathy.
Page Twenty-Eight Frame Five
War comes to his sences. Look at him in the following frame,
notice How when Warfare was still takeing orders from Mahn he seems emotionless
and disgruntled, now what is happening to the chracter is reflected artisticly.
He actualy visibly looks more emotonal, still pissed off royaly but more
emotonal.
Page Twenty-Nine Frame One
I like Some things Sara Palmer as iker here,but this I do not like,
on this Page Red Apears to be transparent from his colouring. Malcome
Earl is by far the best Exticntioners Inker. I belive Sara Palmer
did only this issue, I really like soem things she did, and others just
look silly.
